These projects not only enhance regional infrastructure but also create employment and training opportunities for Indigenous and local workers.
Kyah Resources operates on an equity-building model, ensuring that our economic success directly benefits the Witset First Nation. To date, we have disbursed over $9.4 million in wages to Indigenous employees and contributed $13.8 million back to the community. We prioritize local hiring and have employed 84 Indigenous employees to date, strengthening our connection with the community and fostering long-term economic growth.
